Return and Exchange Policy :
Return and exchange is a guaranteed right for all our customers and applies to all products displayed on our store.

All products listed on our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and still in their original packaging.

Returns must be made within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Kindly take a photo of the product and send it to us, along with your city, address, and order number, if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described/agreed upon, so it can be exchanged.

A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on the product page on our website.

We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use that are not clearly mentioned on the product page.

A 30% fee will be deducted if the customer no longer wants the product, and there is no defect or issue with it.
